What is the Pet Portal?

Our new portal is a way for you to keep track of your pet’s scheduled and previous appointments, look up important information regarding your pet’s health such as weight history, lab results, diagnostic results, doctor recommendations, and more. You can also add new pet family members and upload your own photos into each pet profile where the veterinary staff will see them at check in! 

How do I sign up?
It’s easy. Just fill out the simple and quick registration form and our staff will set up your portal access. Once your account is activated you will receive a welcome email with your access link, or simply click on the link below and log in. Logging in requires an email, and please choose a password that is easy for you to remember.
